Educational Beliefs
Principal Tseng firmly believes that the starting point of education is Education for All, the process requires Teaching According to Aptitude, and the ultimate goal is to create the greatest value for every child. Therefore, his fundamental beliefs are centered on 'Student Subjectivity,' 'Diversified Development,' and 'Achieving Success for Every Child.'
He sees the principal's responsibility as opening various "Windows of Learning" for children, unlocking their innate, infinite potential. These beliefs are supported by four core values:
To Love : Love is the driving force of education; a career where one life influences and inspires another.
To Live : Education should be life-integrated "Education is life; life is education". It must create authentic learning opportunities to develop life skills, enabling children to live happier and better lives.
To Lead : Education is guidance, not indoctrination. It is the process of guiding children to fully realize their potential and shine brightly on their life's stage.
To Learn : Education helps every child learn effectively, building a foundation for future knowledge acquisition. It focuses on igniting learning motivation, passion, and perseverance, enabling them to enjoy learning success.
School Management Philosophy
Principal Tseng aligns with the county's educational vision of "Foundation Building," "Innovative Breakthroughs," and "Diversified Talent Showcasing." He uses student subjectivity, teacher professionalism, administrative support, parental involvement, and community resources as the pillars of school management.
